Ngày 21/1/2016, trường Cao đẳng sư phạm (CĐSP) tỉnh Đắk Lắk đã trở thành địa chỉ mở màn cho chuỗi sự kiện “Chủ nhật đỏ” lần thứ III – năm 2016 do báo Tiền Phong tổ chức trên địa bàn tỉnh Đắk Lắk.
Từ 7 giờ sáng, khu vực nhà Thi đấu đa năng của trường CĐSP đã tấp nập các hoạt động chuẩn bị tiếp nhận máu của đội ngũ y bác sĩ, kỹ thuật viên; hàng trăm sinh viên, nhân viên các khoa phòng tới đăng ký hiến máu; Các phóng viên, nhân viên Ban Đại diện báo Tiền Phong chuẩn bị đầy đủ nước uống, quà tặng, sữa, hoa … phục vụ chương trình.

Gần đây mình có lên tìm kiếm thông tin trên website của chính quyền bang Queensland, thấy nó hay, tự dưng mở website của UBND TP Hà Nội ra xem, và nhận ra mấy điều thế này:
Ngay ở phần đầu của trang chủ website của chính quyền bang Queensland (https://www.qld.gov.au/) là các mục lớn:
(1) “Tôi muốn….”. Các mục nhỏ ở dưới là: …nộp phạt, gia hạn đăng ký xe, đổi địa chỉ, tìm việc, khám phá Queensland….
(2) “Tiếng nói của bạn”. Các mục nhỏ ở dưới là: Rà lại đạo luật bảo vệ trẻ em 1999, Dự thảo Chiến lược chuyển dịch kinh tế đảo North Stradbroke, Cơ sở vật chất dành cho thuyền giải trí… (cùng ngày hết hạn góp ý).
(3) “Tìm kiếm công việc”. Ở mục này có một công cụ tìm kiếm (search) việc làm, có lọc theo địa bàn và lĩnh vực nghề nghiệp.
Phía dưới 3 mục trên là phần “Dịch vụ dành cho người dân Queensland” gồm 17 mục nhỏ hơn, chia thành các thể loại: hỗ trợ cộng đồng, người khuyết tật, bang Queensland và chính quyền, người cao tuổi, môi trường, đất và nước, an toàn và dịch vụ khẩn cấp, nhà ở, sức khoẻ, người dân tộc (thổ dân), quyền, tội phạm và luật pháp, thanh niên, kinh doanh, giải trí-thể thao-nghệ thuật, tuyển dụng-việc làm, cha mẹ-gia đình, giáo dục đào tạo, giao thông-xe cộ.
Từng mục to, khi bấm vào, lại tiếp tục được phân loại rõ ràng thành từng mục nhỏ để người dân có thể tìm đúng thông tin cần thiết. Nội dung chủ yếu là lời khuyên, hướng dẫn thủ tục, thông tin về quy định pháp luật liên quan, mẫu biểu (nếu có) được đăng tải đầy đủ. Released on Thursday in London, the Global Access to Nutrition Index report found that while leading food firms have made some progress towards improving consumers’ diets, there is much more the sector can do to tackle these widespread issues.
The index, which was first launched by the Netherlands-based non-profit Access to Nutrition Foundation (ANF) in 2013 and is now in its second edition, assesses the 22 largest food companies on how well their corporate strategy, product offering and marketing efforts address obesity and under-nutrition. In 2015, Congress tasked the Department of Defense to commission an independent assessment of U.S. military strategy and force posture in the Asia-Pacific, as well as that of U.S. allies and partners, over the next decade. This CSIS study fulfills that congressional requirement. The authors assess U.S. progress to date and recommend initiatives necessary to protect U.S. interests in the Pacific Command area of responsibility through 2025. Four lines of effort are highlighted: (1) Washington needs to continue aligning Asia strategy within the U.S. government and with allies and partners; (2) U.S. leaders should accelerate efforts to strengthen ally and partner capability, capacity, resilience, and interoperability; (3) the United States should sustain and expand U.S. military presence in the Asia-Pacific region; and (4) the United States should accelerate development of innovative capabilities and concepts for U.S. forces.

Vietnam has requested that the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) correct the map of a flight information region (FIR) that contains information violating Vietnam’s sovereignty.
The map of the Sanya FIR, which includes Vietnam’s Truong Sa (Spratly) archipelago, has the Chinese words of “Sansha city – China,” according to the Vietnam News Agency.
It also draws a symbol of an airport on Da Chu Thap (Fiery Cross) Reef in Truong Sa, with the English words “Yong Shu airport – Sansha.”
Vietnam’s Foreign Ministry spokesman Le Hai Binh said on Friday that moves are a violation of Vietnam’s sovereignty over Truong Sa and Hoang Sa, as well as an infringement on Vietnam’s legitimate rights in the East Vietnam Sea.
Vietnam has many times raised a voice protesting China’s establishment of the so-called “Sansha city” and its building of artificial islands and an airport in the area, the spokesman said.
Binh also said that Vietnam has indisputable sovereignty over the Truong Sa (Spratly) and Hoang Sa (Paracel) archipelagos.
In letters recently sent to ICAO, Vietnamese agencies have affirmed Vietnam’s sovereignty and noted that China’s flights to Da Chu Thap has violated ICAO’s regulations on aviation safety, according to theVietnam News Agency.
On Thursday, the United Nations endorsed two diplomatic notes Vietnam sent to China on January 2 and 7 as official documents of the 70th session of the UN General Assembly, the Vietnam News Agencyreported on Friday.

A group of Vietnamese tourists have ‘vanished’ into thin air when they were visiting the South Korean resort island of Jeju, local media reported on Friday.
