Quốc hội thông qua dự án cao tốc Bắc – Nam gần 120.000 tỉ đồng

Giá sử dụng dịch vụ đường bộ của dự án cao tốc Bắc – Nam phải phù hợp với khả năng chi trả của người dân, bù đắp chi phí sản xuất, kinh doanh, lợi nhuận của nhà đầu tư và lợi ích nhà nước.

Đó là yêu cầu của nghị quyết về chủ trương đầu tư dự án xây dựng một số đoạn đường bộ cao tốc trên tuyến Bắc – Nam phía Đông giai đoạn 2017 – 2020, vừa được Quốc hội thông qua sáng 22-11 với 408/449 đại biểu có mặt đồng ý (83,1% tổng số đại biểu).

Nghị quyết nêu rõ: “Giá sử dụng dịch vụ đường bộ của dự án phải phù hợp với khả năng chi trả của người dân, bù đắp chi phí sản xuất, kinh doanh, lợi nhuận của nhà đầu tư và lợi ích nhà nước”. Tiếp tục đọc “Quốc hội thông qua dự án cao tốc Bắc – Nam gần 120.000 tỉ đồng” →

Trong bối cảnh đó, Bộ Chính trị ra Nghị quyết số 41-QĐ/TW ngày 23-7-2015 về định hướng chiến lược phát triển ngành Dầu khí Việt Nam đến năm 2025 và đến nửa đầu năm 2035. US President Donald Trump’s decision to recognise Jerusalem as Israel’s capital has been met with a wave of disapproval.

Leaders from within the Muslim world and from the wider international community were swift to criticise the move, and some warned of the potential for violence and bloodshed as a result.
