President Xi has asked China to “prepare for Dangerous Storms”, and so the country is working towards greater technological independence, amidst an ongoing semiconductor war with the U.S. China is also working towards greater energy self-sufficiency, ramping up its nuclear energy, and green energy infrastructure projects.
