Chị Kiều Linh là khách mời trong buổi thảo luận: Tương lai của Du Học Sinh trong sự phát triển Việt Nam do CVD tổ chức.

Chị Kiều Linh là Giáo sư Đại học UC Davis tại Mỹ, là chuyên gia nghiên cứu về người Mỹ gốc châu Á và dành nhiều thời gian nghiên cứu về mối quan hệ giữa Việt Nam và cộng đồng Việt kiều.

CVD rất vui khi đón tiếp các bạn tại Hà Nội.

The speaker:

Dr. Valverde’s work and interests span from Transnationalism Studies, Diaspora, mixed race and gender theories, Southeast Asian American history and contemporary issues to Fashionology, and Aesthetics.

Author of Transnationalizing Viet Nam: Community, Culture, and Politics in the Diaspora. Her book examines Vietnamese local and diasporic relations as well as their influence on each other.

This event is organized by CVD – Conversations for Viet Nam Development – an intensive network of young professionals, intellectuals and students – a virtual think tank on the Vietnam development issues (https://cvdvn.net/).
