Vietnam president demands quick handling of major corruption cases

The Hanoitimes – Authorized agencies are required to push forward the investigations, probing, prosecution, and bringing to justice the cases which have stirred public concern.

At a working session with the Central Steering Committee for Anti-Corruption, Trong stressed that related agencies need to complete the handling of serious corruption cases which have stirred up public concern, Vietnam News Agency reported.

Dozens sick in outbreak; VN company refuses FDA’s request to recall tuna

US authorities are investigating an ongoing outbreak of scombrotoxin fish poisoning traced to yellowfin tuna. They have blocked all incoming shipments of the fish from a Vietnamese company that has refused to initiate a recall.

Public health officials have confirmed at least 47 people from unspecified states as outbreak patients. The most recent illness began Oct. 15,  according to an outbreak investigation notice posted today by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Hội thảo “ Ứng dụng Mô phỏng Công trình 4.0” nêhằm lan tỏa những nỗ lực và thúc đẩy các nghiên cứu, kết quả thí điểm cụ thể được tổ chức bởi hơn 100 thành viên của Hội Mô phỏng Hiệu năng Công trình Xây dựng Việt Nam (IBPSA – Vietnam ) và Mạng lưới Hiệu quả Năng lượng Việt Nam (EEN – Vietnam).

Sự kiện mong muốn giới thiệu các nghiên cứu và ứng dụng của cộng đồng mô phỏng ở Việt Nam cũng như trao đổi cùng các chuyên gia về vai trò của Ứng dụng Mô phỏng Công trình 4.0 trong việc mang lại hiệu quả tài chính, đóng góp chất lượng cho ngành xây dựng đồng thời giảm thiểu phát thải cacbon, chống biến đổi khí hậu.
