Meanwhile, Vietnam economy has shown signs of a slowdown. Competitiveness is low and exploitation of natural advantages and resources is reaching a critical level. A proposal for a cable car in Vietnam’s Phong Nha-Ke Bang National Park has received in-principle agreement from Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc, who requested however that the plan be thoroughly studied.

Căn cứ Luật Tổ chức Chính phủ ngày 19 tháng 6 năm 2015;

Căn cứ Nghị định số 22/2013/NĐ-CP ngày 13 tháng 3 năm 2013 của Chính phủ quy định chức năng, nhiệm vụ, quyền hạn và cơ cấu tổ chức của Bộ Tư pháp;

Xét đề nghị của Bộ trưởng Bộ Tư pháp tại văn bản số 24/TTr-BTP ngày 05 tháng 6 năm 2017,

QUYẾT ĐỊNH:

Điều 1. Phê duyệt Đề án Hoàn thiện khung pháp lý để quản lý, xử lý đối với các loại tài sản ảo, tiền điện tử, tiền ảo (sau đây viết tắt là Đề án) với những nội dung sau:

USS John S McCain collided with a merchant vessel in Singapore waters this week, the fourth major accident in the US Pacific fleet this year, prompting a fleet-wide investigation and plans for temporary halts in operations to focus on safety. BANGKOK: Thailand’s former Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra has fled to Dubai, senior members of her party said on Saturday, a day after she failed to show up for a negligence ruling in which she faced up to 10 years in prison.

Puea Thai Party sources said Yingluck left Thailand last week and flew via Singapore to Dubai where her brother, former prime minister Thaksin Shinawatra who lives in self-imposed exile to avoid a 2008 jail sentence for corruption, has a home.
