Nguồn tin từ tập đoàn tên lửa chiến thuật Nga cho biết Việt Nam đang xúc tiến chuẩn bị để sản xuất đại trà 3000 tên lửa chống hạm KCT-15 – là sản phẩm hợp tác phát triển với Nga dựa trên mẫu tên lửa chống hạm Kh-35. Nếu đây là sự thực thì trong vài năm tới, kho tên lửa chống hạm của Việt Nam sẽ được bổ sung dồi dào để đảm bảo chiến lược phòng thủ biển đảo của mình.
