Jurisprudence no. 03/2016/AL was adopted by the Council of Judges of the Supreme People’s Court on 6 April 2016 and declared by the Chief Justice of the Supreme People’s Court in the decision no. 220/QD-CA dated 6 April 2016.

Source of jurisprudence: Cassation decision no. 208/2013/DS-GDT dated 3 May 2013 of the Civil Branch of the Supreme People’s Court concerning a dispute on divorce in which the Claimant is Mrs. Do Thi Hong, the Respondent is Mr. Pham Gia Nam and the persons with related interests and obligations are Mr. Pham Gia Phac, Mrs. Phung Thi Tai, Mr. Pham Gia On, Ms. Pham Thi Lu, Mr. Bui Van Dap and Ms. Do Thi Ngoc Ha. TTCT– Năm 1997, hàng loạt vụ cá chết bất thường xảy ra ở khu vực các cửa sông thuộc bờ Đông nước Mỹ. Các nghiên cứu khoa học đã xác định rõ thủ phạm cũng như mức độ ảnh hưởng đến sức khỏe con người, nhưng tất cả bị xếp vào ngăn kéo với lập luận lo ngại ảnh hưởng xấu đến ngành công nghiệp hải sản.

Tiếp theo Dân ca Khmer, mình giới thiệu đến các bạn Dân ca Khơ Mú hôm nay.

Người Khơ Mú (tên gọi khác: Xá Cẩu, Mứn Xen, Pu Thênh, Tềnh, Tày Hạy), tiếng Thái: กำหมุ hay กำมุ, là một trong những nhóm sắc tộc lớn nhất sinh sống tại khu vực miền bắc Lào. Họ cũng có thể thấy tại Myanma, Tây nam Trung Hoa (trong châu tự trị Tây Song Bản Nạp thuộc tỉnh Vân Nam), Thái Lan, Việt Nam.

Tại Việt Nam, họ được công nhận là một trong số 54 dân tộc của Việt Nam, tuy nhiên tại Trung Hoa thì họ lại không được công nhận chính thức như là một dân tộc tách biệt mà được đặt trong một thể loại rộng là các nhóm sắc tộc không phân loại. Không quân Trung Quốc mạnh thật hay là hổ giấy?

Theo ước đoán của các nhà quan sát quốc tế thì Không quân Trung Quốc đang có gần 3000 máy bay quân sự. Trong số đó, theo lời chính chuyên gia quân sự Trung Quốc, họ có 1035 chiếc máy bay chiến đấu thế hệ thứ 4 trở lên. Đáng nói là trong số 1035 chiếc đó chỉ có 145 chiếc Su27 và Su30 mua của Nga là còn có khả năng và hoạt động đáng tin cậy, số còn lại do Trung Quốc sao chép và chắp vá công nghệ mỗi nước một tí nên hoạt động không ổn định và đã nhiều lần xảy ra tai nạn.
