Phát biểu tại phiên khai mạc Đại hội Đảng bộ TP.HCM lần thứ XI sáng 15-10, Thủ tướng đề nghị đặc biệt chú trọng công tác tổ chức và nhân sự để từ sau đại hội này “chúng ta sẽ có được một bộ máy tốt, đội ngũ cán bộ dám nghĩ, dám làm, biết làm, tận tụy, nhiệt tâm, năng động, sáng tạo, tất cả vì sự nghiệp chung, vì sự phát triển của thành phố mang tên Bác Hồ”.

A Vietnamese man pretended to be seeking a wife in order to woo women and sell them into China.

He succeeded with at least one, and this case underlines some of the tricks of the trade being used by human traffickers, activists say.

Vu A Lenh, 30, met Lau Thi Say, 35, and her husband Sung Sinh Po, 42, when he was working in China. When she suggested that he tricks Vietnamese women and sell them in China, he agreed.

NGHỊ QUYẾT

Ban hành Kế hoạch tổng thể và kế hoạch 5 năm của Chính phủ thực hiện Nghị quyết số 36-NQ/TW ngày 22 tháng 10 năm 2018 của Hội nghị lần thứ tám Ban Chấp hành Trung ương Đảng khóa XII về Chiến lược phát triển bền vững kinh tế biển Việt Nam đến năm 2030, tầm nhìn đến năm 2045

CHÍNH PHỦ

Căn cứ Nghị quyết số 36-NQ/TW ngày 22 tháng 10 năm 2018 của Hội nghị lần thứ tám Ban Chấp hành Trung ương Đảng khóa XII về Chiến lược phát triển bền vững kinh tế biển Việt Nam đến năm 2030, tầm nhìn đến năm 2045;

Căn cứ Luật tổ chức Chính phủ ngày 19 tháng 6 năm 2015;

Xét đề nghị của Bộ trưởng Bộ Tài nguyên và Môi trường tại Tờ trình số 26/TTr-BTNMT ngày 29 tháng 05 năm 2019,

QUYẾT NGHỊ:

Ban hành Kế hoạch tổng thể và kế hoạch 5 năm của Chính phủ thực hiện Nghị quyết số 36-NQ/TW ngày 22 tháng 10 năm 2018 của Hội nghị lần thứ tám Ban Chấp hành Trung ương Đảng khóa XII về Chiến lược phát triển bền vững kinh tế biển Việt Nam đến năm 2030, tầm nhìn đến năm 2045 với những nội dung chủ yếu sau đây:

A. MỤC ĐÍCH, YÊU CẦU

I. MỤC ĐÍCH

1. Đối với Kế hoạch tổng thể đến năm 2030, tầm nhìn đến năm 2045

Cụ thể hóa các quan điểm, mục tiêu, chủ trương lớn, khâu đột phá và giải pháp chủ yếu về phát triển bền vững kinh tế biển Việt Nam đến năm 2030, tầm nhìn đến năm 2045 được đề ra trong Nghị quyết số 36-NQ/TW; xác định các nhiệm vụ trọng tâm, lộ trình thực hiện và phân công cụ thể cho các bộ, ngành và địa phương có liên quan.

2. Đối với Kế hoạch 5 năm đến năm 2025

Xác định rõ các nhiệm vụ trọng tâm, cấp bách, cần ưu tiên thực hiện trong giai đoạn đến năm 2025 nhằm triển khai các chủ trương lớn, khâu đột phá, giải pháp chủ yếu về phát triển bền vững kinh tế biển Việt Nam được đề ra trong Nghị quyết số 36-NQ/TW.

Phân công cụ thể cơ quan chủ trì, cơ quan phối hợp triển khai các nhiệm vụ, bảo đảm phù hợp với năng lực và khả năng huy động các nguồn lực của nền kinh tế, bao gồm ngân sách nhà nước, đầu tư tư nhân, đầu tư nước ngoài và viện trợ phát triển. >

Visitors’ concerns and worries about the safety of Vietnam as a destination amidst the COVID-19 pandemic can be swept away thanks to an application which will be launched on October 10 by the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism.

Available to be downloaded in both Vietnamese and English from 10:10 AM on October 10 via http://vietnamtourism.gov.vn/live, the app is designed to make it easier for visitors to check out how safe destinations are and feel more secure about their trip.

What are the new points contained in Decree 91/2020 regarding all forms of advertising via telecommunications, including SMS, email and calls?

Decree 91/2020 was issued in August 2020 to govern all forms of advertising via telecommunications such as SMS, email and phone calls. The decree introduces a wide range of new restrictions on telemarketing and corresponding sections. Any texts, emails or phone calls that are not compliant with the requirements will be deemed spam.

Under the decree, telemarketers are not permitted to make any calls before obtaining the prior consent of the targeted consumers.

Hong Kong (CNN)Chinese President Xi Jinping has called on troops to “put all (their) minds and energy on preparing for war” in a visit to a military base in the southern province of Guangdong on Tuesday, according to state news agency Xinhua.

During an inspection of the People’s Liberation Army Marine Corps in Chaozhou City, Xinhua said Xi told the soldiers to “maintain a state of high alert” and called on them to be “absolutely loyal, absolutely pure, and absolutely reliable.”

More than 71% of wards and communes in Ho Chi Minh City have been recognised as “clean” areas – one of the outstanding results of the 200-day emulation movement held to celebrate its upcoming municipal Party Congress.

The movement also had a positive spill-over effect, helping the city take steps towards becoming “a rubbish-free city”.

NDO/VNA – Having absolute loyalty to the Party and close attachment to the people is the essence of and a source of strength for the People’s Public Security force to successfully fulfil its task of protecting the Party, the State and the people, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc has said.
Attending the seventh Congress of the Central Public Security Party Organisation for the 2020-2025 tenure on October 12, PM Phuc hailed its efforts to streamline its apparatus, intensify Party building and rectification, and strictly fight degradation in political ideology, morality and lifestyle, and the manifestation of “self-evolution” and “self-transformation”.He also lauded the Party Organisation for promptly detecting and strictly punishing violations. He added that the proactive settlement of officers’ violations cannot reduce the prestige of the force and has actually contributed to increasing its reputation, as this demonstrates the strength of discipline and purity and helps raise the Public Security force’s combat strength.The Government leader asked for more effort to intensify inspections, tighten discipline, and train elite and competent officers.The Public Security force needs to not only ensure national security and social safety and order and maintain peace and stability but also contribute to creating a good business environment so as to boost economic development, he said.He also requested the Central Public Security Party Organisation step up international cooperation, build big data, and speed up administrative reform to better serve the legitimate requirements of every individual and enterprise.It is necessary to coordinate with other ministries and sectors to review socio-economic development plans and projects to boost the safeguarding of security and defence in line with socio-economic and cultural development, Phuc emphasised.The seventh Congress of the Central Public Security Party Organisation will last until October 13.
