Chiến tranh, điều không nói

Chào các bạn,

Mình đang xem vài tập đầu loạt phim tài liệu khá đình đám gần đây về Chiến tranh Việt Nam của Ken Burns và Lynn Novick. Tất nhiên dân tình còn bàn tán, bình luận, khen chê nhiều về loạt phim tài liệu này như bao phim tài liệu chiến tranh khác. Mình cũng không bàn nhiều về bộ phim ở đây.

Chỉ có một chi tiết, ở ngay tập đầu tiên nhà văn Bảo Ninh – một người lính của quân đội miền Bắc – một trong số người được phỏng vấn nói suy nghĩ của ông đại loại: chỉ có những ông không đánh nhau bao giờ mới thích đi bình luận và tự hào về chiến tranh và chuyện bắn giết. Những người thực sự tham chiến thì chẳng ai muốn nhắc đến mà tung hô tự hào.

Đúng vậy, thực sự chiến tranh, bạo lực là một sự thất bại, là thể hiện những nỗi sợ hãi của con người. Chiến tranh chẳng có ai là kẻ thắng người thua. Tất cả các bên tham chiến đều là kẻ bại trận. ​Vietnam’s health ministry faces inspection for self-financing, construction management
Dang Cong Huan, deputy head of the Government Inspectorate of Vietnam, announces the inspection decision to the health ministry.
Vietnam’s state inspectorate announced on Thursday that it plans to open an investigation into allegations of the self-financing and mismanagement of several construction projects undertaken by the Ministry of Health.

Vietnam’s government has tasked the state inspectorate with launching a comprehensive inspection into all construction and investment projects currently underway on Son Tra Peninsula in the central city of Da Nang.
The Government Inspectorate of Vietnam is supposed to lead a joint inspection with the environment, agriculture, and construction ministries, as well as relevant agencies, the Government Office said on Wednesday, citing an order from Deputy Prime Minister Truong Hoa Binh.The inspection should focus on whether construction projects on the peninsula are in line with laws on land management and forest and environmental protection, according to the fiat. COLOMBO: A Sri Lankan couple is under investigation for deploying hundreds of school children to carry the train of the bride’s saree during a wedding ceremony, authorities said Friday (Sep 22).

About 250 students of a state-owned school carried the train of the 3.2km long saree worn by the bride as she and the groom walked down a main road in the central district of Kandy on Thursday, local media reported. Liên quan đến các diễn biến mới trong vụ việc công dân Việt Nam Trịnh Xuân Thanh bị bắt cóc tại Berlin, hôm nay (ngày 22.9.), một phát ngôn viên của Bộ Ngoại giao Đức đã phát biểu như sau:

“Ngay sau khi nắm được thông tin về vụ việc chúng tôi đã khẳng định rõ rằng việc bắt cóc người trên lãnh thổ Đức là hoàn toàn không thể chấp nhận được. Chúng tôi có các bằng chứng rõ ràng về vụ bắt cóc này và sẽ công bố chúng vào thời điểm thích hợp. Ngày 10 tháng 8, Tổng Công tố Liên bang đã tiếp nhận điều tra vụ việc. Hiện quá trình này vẫn chưa kết thúc.Vụ bắt cóc đã vi phạm trắng trợn luật pháp Đức và luật pháp quốc tế, điều mà chúng tôi không bao giờ dung thứ.
