Văn phòng Chính phủ có Văn bản số: 6885/VPCP-CN, do Bộ trưởng, Chủ nhiệm Văn phòng Chính phủ Mai Tiến Dũng ký, truyền đạt ý kiến của Thủ tướng Nguyễn Xuân Phúc đề nghị Bộ Công Thương chủ trì, phối hợp với các cơ quan liên quan nghiên cứu các kiến nghị của Tạp chí Năng lượng Việt Nam về “phản biện khoa học, kiến nghị giải pháp nâng cao hiệu quả hoạt động ngành Dầu khí Việt Nam trong giai đoạn tới”. (Trong quá trình thực hiện chức năng nhiệm vụ được giao, đề xuất, báo cáo Thủ tướng Chính phủ những vấn đề vượt thẩm quyền).

Ngày 18/5/2020, Văn phòng Trung ương Đảng có Văn bản số: 12159-CV/VPTW đề nghị Ban Kinh tế Trung ương, Ban Cán sự đảng Bộ Công Thương nghiên cứu các phản biện, kiến nghị của TẠP CHÍ NĂNG LƯỢNG VIỆT NAM về “Những giải pháp thực hiện Nghị quyết 55 của Bộ Chính trị về Chiến lược phát triển năng lượng quốc gia Việt Nam“.

Trước đó, ngày 11/5/2020, các chuyên gia, cán bộ khoa học – kỹ thuật trong Hội đồng Phản biện Khoa học của Tạp chí Năng lượng Việt Nam đã gửi tới Tổng Bí thư, Chủ tịch nước Nguyễn Phú Trọng và Bộ Chính trị một số kiến nghị tâm huyết về những công việc cụ thể mà các cơ quan quản lý Nhà nước có thể xem xét thực hiện để sớm đưa Nghị quyết 55 của Bộ Chính trị về “Chiến lược phát triển năng lượng quốc gia Việt Nam đến 2030, tầm nhìn đến 2045” (NQ55) vào cuộc sống. Có thể nói, đơn vị chủ trì xây dựng Quy hoạch điện 8 đã chuẩn bị rất công phu. Cụ thể là đã tính toán 11 Kịch bản chính với các thông số đầu vào cơ sở, đánh giá xếp hạng đã Lựa chọn ra  Kịch bản 1B_ Chiến lược năng lượng tổng thể (CLNLTT) là kịch bản cơ sở từ các Kịch bản chính. This technical report is the first GGGI study that focuses on the nexus of sustainable energy and green jobs. Based on researched conducted in three GGGI member countries – Mexico, Indonesia, and Rwanda, the study assessed the job creation potential of renewable energy technologies under various power sector pathways based on National Energy Plans and countries’ NDCs. Occupation and skills required by the renewable energy sector for each stage of the value chain were also identified and assessed. The analysis highlights the important role that assessments of employment effects can play during the revision of countries’ NDCs while simultaneously addressing the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) related to affordable and clean energy (7), decent work and economic growth (8) and climate action (13).

H1 GDP growth hits 10-year low

Vietnam’s GDP growth was roughly 1.81 percent in the first half, the lowest since 2011, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, General Statistics Office reported Monday.

The country’s second quarter GDP grew by 0.36 percent, compared with an expansion of 6.73 percent in the same period last year, said the GSO.
