The evidence presented in this first edition of the Global Land Outlook demonstrates that informed and responsible decision-making, along with simple changes in our everyday lives, can if widely adopted help to reverse the current worrying trends in the state of our land resources.
A third of the planet’s land is severely degraded and fertile soil is being lost at the rate of 24bn tonnes a year, according to a new United Nations-backed study that calls for a shift away from destructively intensive agriculture.
The alarming decline, which is forecast to continue as demand for food and productive land increases, will add to the risks of conflicts such as those seen in Sudan and Chad unless remedial actions are implemented, warns the institution behind the report. (TBKTSG) – Trương Dương (Zhang Yang) – một doanh nhân của tỉnh Trùng Khánh phía tây nam Trung Quốc – thường lên các diễn đàn trực tuyến tìm những người có máu kinh doanh và dũng cảm, có thể gạt bỏ các mối lo về an ninh để cùng với ông đi làm ăn ở Pakistan.
Ông Trương, 48 tuổi, là một trong số ngày càng đông những người Trung Quốc tiên phong đi tìm cơ hội ở nước Pakistan bên kia dãy núi Himalaya, nơi Bắc Kinh đã cam kết đầu tư 57 tỉ đô la Mỹ vào các dự án cơ sở hạ tầng như là một phần trong đại dự án “Một vành đai, một con đường” mà Chủ tịch Trung Quốc Tập Cận Bình mới công bố gần đây.
Gây quỹ là môt chủ đề đượcc nhiều tổ chức xã hội dân sự (XHDS) quan tâm, đặc biệt khi Việt Nam đang ở trong quá trình chuyển đổi về nguồn tài trơj. Với lý do Việt Nam đã trở thành một nước có thu nhâp trung bình thấp, nhiều nhà tài trợ quan trọng như Thụy Điển, Anh, Đan Mạch, Bỉ, Hà Lan quyết định rút khỏi Việt Nam dẫn đến nguồnn tài trợ từ các tổ chức quốc tế cho Việt Nam giảm đi nhanh chóng. Trong bối cảnh đó, việc tìm các nguồn tài trợ thay thế từ nội địa, ví dụ như ngân sách nhà nước, doanh nghip, hay cá nhân người dân được coi như hướng đi mớii cho các tổ chức XHDS Việt Nam. Đã có một số nghiên cứu về .bối cảnh và thực trạng đóng góp của doanh nghiệp, người dân ngân sách nhà nước, tuy nhiên chưa có nghiên cúu nào trung vào đánh giá năng lựu gây quỹ của các tổ chức phi chính phủ (NGO), nhóm từ thiện (NTT), nhóm cùng sở thích (NCST) hay doanh nghiệp xã hội (DNXH). Đây chính là môt trong các lý do để chúng tôi tiến hành nghiên cứu này.
