China’s 3 Crimes of War of Aggression against the Vietnamese People

The UN General Assembly’s Declaration on Principles of International Law concerning Friendly Relations and Co-operation among States in accordance with the Charter of the United Nations (Oct. 17, 1970) (hereinafter “the Declaration”) provided, inter alia, “The principle that States shall refrain in their international relations from the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of any State or in any other manner inconsistent with the purposes of the United Nations”.

Amendments to the Rome Statute of the International Criminal
Court on the Crime of Aggression

1. Article 5, paragraph 2, of the Statute is deleted.

2. The following text is inserted after article 8 of the Statute:

Article 8 bis -Crime of aggression

1. For the purpose of this Statute, “crime of aggression” means the planning, preparation, initiation or execution, by a person in a position effectively to exercise control over or to direct the political or military action of a State, of an act of aggression which, by its character, gravity and scale, constitutes a manifest violation of the Charter of the United Nations. The jailing of Joshua Wong, Hong Kong’s youthful “face of protest”, and of his fellow activists Nathan Law and Alex Chow, is technically a matter of law but in reality one of politics. Two of them had already carried out community service for unlawful assembly or inciting unlawful assembly; the third had received a suspended sentence. That was not enough. They have been at the forefront of the pro-democracy movement, inspiring many more in Hong Kong to rally in defence of the greater freedoms it has enjoyed compared to the mainland under the “one country-two systems” formula. Authorities have been determined to silence these voices. By appealing against the “rather dangerous” supposed leniency of the original sentences, they have succeeded, for now. Executive Summary

The constitution states that all people have the right to freedom of belief and religion. Current law, however, provides for significant government control over religious practices and includes vague provisions that permit restrictions on religious freedom in the stated interest of national security and social unity. In November the National Assembly passed a new Law on Belief and Religion, which is scheduled to come into effect in January 2018. The implementation decree for the new law remained pending release. Vì người lao động có quyền được nghỉ phép hưởng nguyên lương, nên tôi chẳng bao giờ để ý tới những lý do mà họ nhắc đến, cho đến một ngày tôi nhận thấy một câu chuyện khá phổ biến: Họ phải ở nhà để trông con nhỏ vì người giúp việc nghỉ phép về thăm gia đình.

Đức Đạt Lai Lạt Ma đã cảnh báo nguy cơ trầm trọng nhất đối với sự sống còn của bản sắc Tây Tạng đồng thời nhấn mạnh công cuộc giáo dục hiện đại là không thể thiếu để duy trì văn hóa Phật giáo Tây Tạng cũng như duy trì tính dân tộc trong những hoàn cảnh khó khăn nhất của lịch sử Tây Tạng.

Tôi luôn luôn nói rằng, quần chúng nhân dân Tây Tạng ở Tây Tạng mới là chủ nhân thật của vận mệnh Tây Tạng, và khoảng một trăm năm mươi ngàn người Tây Tạng lưu vong ở đây [Dharamsala, Ấn Độ] [1] chỉ đại diện cho nhân dân để hoàn thành sự thật của chính nghĩaTây Tạng, để hành động như những người phát ngôn tự do và như những người đại diện tượng trưng của nhân dân.

Cho đến nay, quần chúng nhân dân ở Tây Tạng vẫn còn ở trong trạng thái đau khổ vì hậu quả bị tước đoạt tự do của họ. BEIJING — Young women who have sex before marriage are degenerates. A girl who gives her body for love will make the boy who “conquers” her love her less. Premarital sex has a “tremendous negative psychological and physical impact on girls.”

Theo báo cáo của các cơ quan chuyên môn, hiện VN tiếp tục mất cân bằng giới tính khi sinh và dự báo sẽ để lại nhiều hệ lụy. 

Theo báo cáo thống kê của Tổng cục Dân số – Kế hoạch hóa gia đình (DS-KHHGĐ), sau 1 năm thực hiện đề án Kiểm soát mất cân bằng giới tính khi sinh, giai đoạn 2016 – 2020, tỷ số giới tính khi sinh của VN thay đổi không đáng kể: từ 112,8 trẻ trai/100 trẻ gái (năm 2015) còn 112,2/100 (theo điều tra biến động dân số 2016).

Murder is just one of a range of tactics used to silence land and environmental defenders, including death threats, arrests, sexual assault and aggressive legal attacks.

Owned by London-listed companies Glencore, BHP Billiton and Anglo-American and run by a domestic operator, the project has been blamed for water shortages and mass displacement. (1)

Buôn bán mại dâm

Khi một người trưởng thành tham gia vào một hành vi tình dục mang tính thương mại như mại dâm, vì bị đe dọa bởi bạo lực, lừa gạt, ép buộc hay kết hợp các hình thức trên, thì người đó là nạn nhận của nạn buôn người. Trong những trường hợp như vậy, những người liên quan tới tuyển mộ, chứa chấp, lôi kéo, vận chuyển, cung cấp, sử dụng, bảo kê, gạ gẫm, hoặc nuôi dưỡng một người vì mục đích buôn bán mại dâm là những người phạm tội buôn bán mại dâm. Buôn bán mại dâm cũng có thể xảy ra dưới một hình thức cưỡng ép cụ thể, những cá nhân bị ép buộc tiếp tục bán dâm do phải chịu những khoản nợ trái pháp luật như chi phí vận chuyển, tuyển dụng, hoặc thậm chí việc “bán hàng” của họ – họ bị buộc phải trả hết trước khi được tự do. Ngay cả khi một người lúc đầu đồng ý tham gia mại dâm, vẫn là sai trái nếu sau khi chấp thuận, người đó phải làm việc dưới sự ép buộc bằng tinh thần hoặc vũ lực. Khi đó, họ (bất kể con trai hay con gái) là một nạn nhân của nạn buôn bán mại dâm và nên nhận được sự trợ giúp như đã nêu trong Nghị định thư Palermo và luật pháp hiện hành trong nước.
