PHÊ DUYỆT ĐỀ ÁN HOÀN THIỆN KHUNG PHÁP LÝ ĐỂ QUẢN LÝ, XỬ LÝ ĐỐI VỚI CÁC LOẠI TÀI SẢN ẢO, TIỀN ĐIỆN TỬ, TIỀN ẢO

THỦ TƯỚNG CHÍNH PHỦ

Căn cứ Luật Tổ chức Chính phủ ngày 19 tháng 6 năm 2015;

Căn cứ Nghị định số 22/2013/NĐ-CP ngày 13 tháng 3 năm 2013 của Chính phủ quy định chức năng, nhiệm vụ, quyền hạn và cơ cấu tổ chức của Bộ Tư pháp;

Xét đề nghị của Bộ trưởng Bộ Tư pháp tại văn bản số 24/TTr-BTP ngày 05 tháng 6 năm 2017,

QUYẾT ĐỊNH:

Điều 1. Phê duyệt Đề án Hoàn thiện khung pháp lý để quản lý, xử lý đối với các loại tài sản ảo, tiền điện tử, tiền ảo (sau đây viết tắt là Đề án) với những nội dung sau:
