Lẽ ra thì không nên tốn thời gian cho đề nghị cải tiến “Tiếq Việt” rất nhảm nhí của ông Bùi Hiền. Nhưng việc này đã cho thấy kỹ năng quản lý của nhà nước rất thấp, đưa đến nhiều hoang mang và bức xúc trong dư luận nhân dân. Và đó mới là vấn đề ta cần quan tâm. Cho nên mình viết ra đây vài điểm chính:

– Về đề nghị “cải tiến” “Tiếq Việt” của Ts Bùi Hiển, các ban hãy xem hai câu dưới đây, chuyển đổi từ cách chúng ta đang viết sang cách viết đề nghị của ông Bùi Hiền, dùng “chưong trình dịch” trên trang web tiensibuihien.com

* Trăm năm trong cõi người ta, Chữ tài chữ mệnh khéo là ghét nhau.

LONDON (AP) — About 11 percent of medicines in developing countries are counterfeit and likely responsible for the deaths of tens of thousands of children from diseases like malaria and pneumonia every year, the World Health Organization said Tuesday.

It’s the first attempt by the U.N. health agency to assess the problem. Experts reviewed 100 studies involving more than 48,000 medicines.
