Mạnh tay xử phạt khách du lịch nước ngoài vi phạm pháp luật Việt Nam

Số lượng khách quốc tế đến Việt Nam ngày một tăng cho thấy tín hiệu tích cực của ngành du lịch Việt. Tuy nhiên, nhiều du khách nước ngoài sang Việt Nam du lịch có hành vi không tuân thủ pháp luật trong nước. Điển hình như tại Khánh Hòa, nhiều trường hợp khách sử dụng rượu bia khi lái xe, không có thông tin lưu trú, gây rối trật tự công cộng…

Để giải quyết tình trạng này, ngoài việc phổ biến luật cho du khách, Khánh Hòa và các tỉnh du lịch trong nước cần thường xuyên kiểm tra và mạnh tay xử phạt các cơ sở lưu trú và khách nước ngoài vi phạm pháp luật tại VN. Việc xử lý cứng rắn từ chính quyền sẽ giúp du khách học cách nhập gia, tùy tục và tôn trọng đất nước.

Có thể thấy, luật pháp dễ dãi với khách nước ngoài không làm họ đánh giáo cao VN. Bởi điều làm du khách quốc tế yêu mến và nể phục VN là đất nước có an ninh an toàn với pháp luật nghiêm minh và người dân mến khách, sống có đạo đức.

NDO/VNA – Having absolute loyalty to the Party and close attachment to the people is the essence of and a source of strength for the People’s Public Security force to successfully fulfil its task of protecting the Party, the State and the people, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc has said.
Attending the seventh Congress of the Central Public Security Party Organisation for the 2020-2025 tenure on October 12, PM Phuc hailed its efforts to streamline its apparatus, intensify Party building and rectification, and strictly fight degradation in political ideology, morality and lifestyle, and the manifestation of “self-evolution” and “self-transformation”.He also lauded the Party Organisation for promptly detecting and strictly punishing violations. He added that the proactive settlement of officers’ violations cannot reduce the prestige of the force and has actually contributed to increasing its reputation, as this demonstrates the strength of discipline and purity and helps raise the Public Security force’s combat strength.The Government leader asked for more effort to intensify inspections, tighten discipline, and train elite and competent officers.The Public Security force needs to not only ensure national security and social safety and order and maintain peace and stability but also contribute to creating a good business environment so as to boost economic development, he said.He also requested the Central Public Security Party Organisation step up international cooperation, build big data, and speed up administrative reform to better serve the legitimate requirements of every individual and enterprise.It is necessary to coordinate with other ministries and sectors to review socio-economic development plans and projects to boost the safeguarding of security and defence in line with socio-economic and cultural development, Phuc emphasised.The seventh Congress of the Central Public Security Party Organisation will last until October 13.
