Tác giả viết bài này để tưởng nhớ 30 năm thảm họa hạt nhân Chernobyl (Liên Xô cũ) và 5 năm thảm họa hạt nhân Fukushima (Nhật Bản), và chia sẻ để ủng hộ đề xuất của Chính phủ và EVN về dừng điện hạt nhân. Ngoài những nhược điểm của bản thân công nghệ như chưa có hệ thống làm nguội tối ưu, chưa có giải pháp bền vững cho chất thải phóng xạ và nhiễm xạ, bài viết này sẽ trình bày nhiều nhược điểm khác chưa có giải pháp của điện hạt nhân. Một số kết luận và kiến nghị được đưa ra ở cuối bài viết. Tác giả không cho phép bất kỳ cá nhân/tổ chức nào sử dụng bài viết này hay một phần của bài với mục đích chính trị.

Tốc độ gia tăng dân số và sự phát triển kinh tế trên thế giới dẫn đến nhu cầu năng lượng ngày càng cao.

Năng lượng – Mối quan tâm lớn

Theo thống kê của Tập đoàn dầu khí Anh quốc (BP), nhu cầu năng lượng trên thế giới tăng đều khoảng 1% năm trong 3 năm 2014-2016. Với tốc độ tiêu thụ này, đến năm 2040, nhu cầu năng lượng thế giới sẽ tăng 38%. Theo dự báo của Cơ Quan quản lý thông tin năng lượng của Mỹ (EIA), nhu cầu năng lượng thế giới có thể tăng đến 48% đến năm 2040.

Nguồn năng lượng hiện nay có được từ hai nguồn: Không tái tạo (nguồn carbon hóa thạch ví dụ như dầu, khí, than đá, năng lượng nguyên tử) và năng lượng tái tạo (năng lượng mặt trời, gió, khí sinh học, địa nhiệt, thủy điện nhỏ…). Tuy vậy nguồn năng lượng từ carbon hóa thạch có hạn, chỉ đủ để cung cấp cho chúng ta trong vòng 51 năm với tốc độ tiêu thụ năng lượng như hiện nay. The forest has a total area of more than 4,400ha, covering Pa Khoang and Muong Phang communes in Dien Bien District, according to Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung’s Decision 1976/QĐ-TTg issued on October 30, 2014.

The Muong Phang Forest and Environment Management Board manages more than 1,000ha based on Decision 611/QĐ-UBND issued by the Dien Bien Province People’s Committee on July 24, 2015.

MOET’s inspectors have found many problems in enrollment, training management and degree granting at VASS.

In 2015 and 2016, the academy produced 2,811 master’s degree graduates, but did not report this to MOET.

The academy was discovered as reporting the wrong number of permanent lecturers, which determines the number of students it is allowed to train. The number of associate professors in reality was 10 lower than reported. In January 2017, there were 21 professors, 174 associate professors and 258 PhDs. Thousands of people have flooded the ‘backpacker area’ of Ho Chi Minh City to celebrate Halloween.

Dressed up in a variety of costumes, large crowds gathered at Bui Vien Walking Street in District 1, the most popular road in the city’s ‘backpacker area,’ on Tuesday night.Pubs and restaurants along the street were decorated in the spirit of the celebration.
