More than per 76 per cent of current investment projects following public private partnerships (PPP) are in the field of transport infrastructure, but investors still feel insecure.

Vietnam is striving towards boosting the disbursement and use of ODA and concessional loans as both have become issues in recent times.
Official development assistance (ODA) and concessional loans to Vietnam are expected to fall and eventually come to an end within the next five years, resulting in a shortage of preferential long-term credit resources for investment. Nhưng giấc mơ “vàng trắng” ấy đang khiến cho nhiều người dân gặp không ít khó khăn do tới tuổi thu hoạch nhưng cao su không đạt sản lượng mủ như mong muốn, trong khi giá nguyên liệu mủ cao su giảm sâu, chính sách hỗ trợ cho người dân góp đất trồng cao su chưa được quan tâm kịp thời, khiến đời sống của nhiều hộ dân gặp khó khăn.

VNN – The Ministry of Education and Training have asked the Prime Minister and the Politburo to approve a plan to increase the teaching workforce in 22 provinces.
These localities include 17 with an increase of students and five provinces in the Central Highlands.
However, there are still many provinces which lack several thousand teachers each. The ministry reported that Son La lacks 3,355 teachers, Thai Binh 3,167, Gia Lai 2,572, Thanh Hoa 2,877, Binh Duong 2,811, Kien Giang 1,008 and HCM City 1,290.
