TheLEADER Gian lận trong thi cử ở thời nào cũng có, ở quốc gia nào cũng có, nhưng quả thực chưa bao giờ gian lận thi cử gây bức xúc và làm giảm niềm tin vào giáo dục như vụ việc ở Hà Giang, Sơn La.

Sự kiện gian lận trong sửa điểm thi được phát hiện ở Sơn La và Hà Giang gây ồn ào trong dư luận xã hội ngay sau khi kết quả thi vừa được công bố. Dù những người liên quan đã bị khởi tố hình sự, thậm chí đã bị bắt giam nhưng cũng không làm giảm được bức xúc và hoài nghi về tính trung thực của kết quả thi.

VOV.VN – Trong những ngày qua, trên địa bàn tỉnh Hà Giang có mưa to đến rất to khiến nhiều nơi bị ngập sâu, nhà cửa, tài sản của người dân trôi theo nước lũ.

Bất ngờ và bàng hoàng là cảm xúc của hơn 400 hộ dân ở TP Hà Giang sau hai ngày phải chạy lũ, bỏ lại nhà cửa. Nhiều tài sản giá trị bị nhấn chìm trong biển nước.

Theo số liệu quan sát của trạm khí tượng thủy văn, lúc 13h ngày 24/6, mực lũ sông Lô tại TP Hà Giang đã đạt 104m, trên mức báo động 3. Nước từ sông tràn thẳng vào khu dân cư nằm hai bên bờ, nhiều đường phố ngập sâu kéo dài hàng trăm mét, gây ách tắc giao thông.

Không nhìn thấy tương lai trong những trang sách, nhiều học sinh vùng cao đi thẳng từ lớp học đến biên giới. Chúng trở thành những lao động bất hợp pháp.

Bữa cơm đầu tiên ở bên kia biên giới của Sùng Mí Tú là cái bánh bao nhân thịt với chai nước trắng.

Tú 15 tuổi, nhỏ nhất trong nhóm người Mông xã Sà Phìn vượt biên sang Trung Quốc làm thuê. Mỗi ngày, em nhận được 80 nhân dân tệ cho công đào 160 hố trồng cây bạch đàn.

Tú không biết mình đang ở vùng nào của Trung Quốc, địa hình xung quanh ra sao. 10 người trú ở cái lán nằm sâu trong rừng. Ban đêm, họ rủ nhau đi ngủ sớm. Không ai dám đi quá khu lán một cây số vì sợ lạc đường, hoặc công an biên phòng Trung Quốc truy quét. Bị bắt rồi thì trả về nước, tiền công cũng mất hết.

Old, makeshift dormitories for ethnic students in the northern mountains were sometimes made by putting timber panels together. Now, these shacks are being replaced with stable buildings, made with solid construction materials – and love. The love comes from Lê Thu Huyền, the founder of  a four-year-old project called Nabe.Arc (Natural Beauty in Architecture).

The new dormitories are built on the campus of the few schools available, often behind or next to the classrooms. Explore the H’mong King’s Palace in Ha Giang

The H’mong King’s Palace is considered a gem of the northern mountainous province of Ha Giang, and is a popular tourist destination besides the Dong Van Stone Plateau.

Lying some 130 kilometres north of Ha Giang Town, the century-old palace is still the largest construction in the area and boasts special architecture style.

According to a tour guide who is also a woman member of the King’s family at the palace, Vuong Chinh Duc (1865 – 1947), known as the king of the H’mong or Meo ethnic minority group in the area, built the palace which cost 150,000 Indochina silver coins equivalent to VND150 billion (USD 6.61 million).
