Đó là câu hỏi được đặt ra cho Bộ trưởng Tư pháp Hà Hùng Cường trong buổi toạ đàm “CEO 3.0- Khởi đầu sứ mệnh tư duy 90 hay 600” được tổ chức tại TP.HCM ngày 24.9.

Sao không là tư duy toàn cầu?

Cuối năm nay, Việt Nam chính thức gia nhập cộng đồng kinh tế ASEAN (AEC – ASEAN Economic Community) và sẽ tham gia TPP trong tương lai gần. Tham gia AEC đồng nghĩa với việc 10 quốc gia trong khối ASEAN có thể tự do giao thương, tự do đầu tư, tự do di chuyển vốn và tự do dịch chuyển lao động có kỹ năng mở ra một thị trường lớn, vượt ra ngoài ranh giới của thị trường Việt Nam với hơn 90 triệu dân. Năm 2015 đánh dấu sự hình thành “thị trường chung” rất đặc biệt với hơn 600 triệu người, đồng thời sẽ nhanh chóng hình thành thế hệ người tiêu dùng mới mang tên người tiêu dùng ASEAN. A portal supplying information on Vietnam and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) has been launched in Hanoi.

(Không gian mạng) – Diễn đàn Cảng thông tin Trung Quốc – ASEAN với chủ đề “Con đường tơ lụa trên biển + Internet – hợp tác, cùng có lợi” đã bế mạc vào ngày 14/09/2015 tại Nam Ninh, Quảng Tây. Phó Chủ nhiệm Văn phòng Thông tin Mạng Trung Quốc Trang Vinh Văn đã đề xuất 8 điểm hợp tác về không gian mạng Trung Quốc – ASEAN.

Tại diễn đàn kéo dài 2 ngày với sự tham gia của hơn 280 đại diện chính phủ, doanh nghiệp, học giả của Trung Quốc và các nước ASEAN xung quanh các vấn đề trọng điểm như xây dựng Cảng thông tin Trung Quốc – ASEAN, thương mại điện tử, xây dựng văn hóa mạng, an ninh mạng, đồng thời thảo luận các chính sách phát triển.

First ASEAN Youth Forum to be organized in Vietnam this week

The first ASEAN Youth Forum will open in Ho Chi Minh City on Thursday, the local chapter of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union announced at a press conference on Tuesday.

The General Department of Vietnam Customs launched Tuesday a single window mechanism intended to help businesses facilitate customs clearance and integrated it with a similar system among the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN).

The UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) opened (1 September) its first Asia-Pacific regional hub to promote clean technology.The UNFCCC Regional Collaboration Centre (RCC), formed in partnership with the non-profit Institute for Global Environmental Strategies in Japan, will help developing countries in the region to identify and develop clean development mechanism (CDM) projects to help limit damage from climate change. National one-stop-shop customs mechanism launched

Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung launched the implementation of the national one-stop-shop customs mechanism and the technical connectivity with the ASEAN mechanism on September 8.

Also attending the event were Deputy Prime Minister Vu Van Ninh, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh and ASEAN Secretary General Le Luong Minh, among others.

Deputy PM Ninh, who is Head of the National Steering Committee on ASEAN and National One-stop-shop (OSS) Customs Mechanisms, said that the move is a turning-point in accelerating administrative reform towards an e-government.

Vietnam has enacted a number of synchronous measures to speed up administrative reforms, shorten the time required and reduce costs for procedures so as to facilitate business and investment activities among enterprises and individuals. Vietnam will use the 2015 International Travel Expo next week as a platform to promote its world heritage sites to international tourists.

“Heritage sites are Vietnam’s outstanding tourism attractions in the region, including Phong Nha Ke Bang, Hue, Hoi An and My Son,” Nguyen Quoc Hung, deputy director of the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism, said at a press briefing on Wednesday.

Though the government seeks to globally integrate Vietnam — 15 free trade agreements signed since 2007 — its tardiness in reforming policies is preventing businesses from benefiting from the FTAs, delegates said at an economic forum in the central province of Thanh Hoa Thursday.
