The transport ministries of Vietnam and Cambodia have signed a memorandum on building an expressway connecting Ho Chi Minh City with the Cambodian capital of Phnom Penh.

The two ministries will work closely to study and implement the expressway’s construction, according to the Department of International Cooperation under Vietnam’s Ministry of Transport.

Current plans call for the expressway to run a total of 195 kilometers from Ho Chi Minh City to Phnom Penh, crossing the border at Moc Bai in southern Tay Ninh Province and Bavet in southeastern Cambodia. Tiếp tục đọc “Future expressway to connect Ho Chi Minh City, Phnom Penh” →
