HÀ NỘI – National Assembly deputies urged the Government to continue to clamp down on illegal deforestation during a discussion on the country’s draft revision to the Law on Forest Protection and Development on Tuesday afternoon.

Vietnam fulfills MDGs, aims to meet sustainable development goals: parliament leader

Vietnam has reached the millennium development goals (MDGs) set by the United Nations, including those related to poverty reduction, and is working hard to achieve the sustainable development goals (SDGs), the Vietnamese legislature’s leader has said.
