Tháng 9 tới đây Thủ tướng Ấn Độ Narendra Modi sẽ sang thăm Việt Nam sau khi dự hội nghị G20 ở Trung Quốc và hội nghị thượng đỉnh ASEAN-Ấn Độ ở Lào. Dự kiến chuyến thăm của ông Modi sẽ tập trung chủ yếu vào các hợp đồng xuất khẩu vũ khí của Ấn Độ sang Việt Nam.
