I created VNForum in 1994, after deciding that VAEF (Vietnamese American Education Foundation) going to VN and teaching courses in law, medicine… was costly financially and not very effective (teaching a course for 1 or 2 weeks in a year, albeit teaching professors and high ranking professionals only).

VNForum was a way to transfer knowledge to VN 24hr/day, 7days/wk, with no cost,
